GHG’s Mission

Successful start-up companies begin with a concept, develop a unique technology, build a successful commercial venture and exit according to plan. To be successful a start-up must hire highly talented employees and manage them effectively. GHG specializes in consulting with start-ups and small emerging companies to help them recruit excellent talent, then further help them stay on task and keep conflict to a minimum.
